A few years ago we realized that our product should be expanded. There were two reasons why we should turn our attention to expansion:

  • Our business were flourishing in its home market;
  • Steady expansion of software-centric product development and digitisation. Thus, there was a fear of being passed by out competitors, and that our product would be out there at the speed of light.

In the early stage of startups, roles and functions were scattered. However, with the product growth, we have formed teams with a clear set of roles and functions.
